They are easy to drive. If you are a first time RVer, or you haven’t spent much time driving a larger vehicle, a Class C is an easy transition from a large van or SUV. This is because in a Class A, the steering column is in the center of your legs, and the pedals are placed on the right side. Whereas in a Class C, the pedals are in the same position as your car. Plus, with a smaller vehicle, the turn radius is tighter, which makes driving a breeze.
They are built closer to the ground. Class C’s are built closer to the ground, giving them two benefits—the first being that they are easier to get in and out of. The second is a lower center of gravity. Class C’s are easier to drive in adverse weather because of their low center of gravity and maneuverability.
Class C RVs are safer. The build of a Class C is generally more safe, because the nose allows for more of a crumple zone, whereas Class A motorhomes usually have a flat front nose which creates more of a risk when driving. The overall construction of the cockpit in a Class C is safer because there is more room for the driver in a collision.
Engine repair is easier in a Class C. If you need a quick repair on your engine, it will be much easier in a Class C than a Class A. The engine is located in the front, whereas in a Class A, the engine can be difficult to access in the under carriage. Because the engine is in the front, it also makes finding a mechanic on the road much easier than with a Class A.
If fuel efficiency is important to you, a Class C is a better option than a Class A. Most Class C motorhomes are much more fuel efficient than Class A motorhomes, which is a bonus for your pocketbook and the environment.
Less interior space means less space to heat and cool. Just like buying a smaller house, a smaller RV means that the temperature inside will be easier to regulate.

When you’re out on the backroad, sometimes you have to service your own vehicle. Maybe it’s just a quick fix and all you need to do is find the right wire. The benefit to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter frame compared to a Chevrolet is that a Sprinter body has much more towing ability and power. Also, a Mercedes chassis generally has upgraded features and equipment that comes standard. Throughout the entire Winnebago Navion 24G, you will find innovation and upgraded technology. All windows throughout the vehicle have custom darkening shades—and not just fabric curtains, we’re talking about fancy honeycomb curtains that fully insulate your vehicle. Even the skylight has added detail—with another fancy curtain and a screen to keep the bugs out. Winnebago also provides LED lights throughout the whole interior of the motorhome.
The main space of the vehicle features a beautiful kitchen, with plenty of storage for all of your favorite camping gadgets.
