June 2, 2011, Junction City, Ore. — Guaranty RV Super Centers recently received a Platinum Service Dealer Status—the only dealer on the west coast to receive this important rating and one of only ten RV dealers nationwide.
To qualify, a dealership must meet a stringent list of requirements including having a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score of 90% or above, pass tough facility evaluations, have a commitment to training and employ a certain percentage of technicians who are RVIA certified and/or RVIA master certified.

We want to make sure we continue providing a high level of service so we can re-qualify each year for this Platinum designation.”
