After coming up just short in 2012 of earning the prestigious Mahlon Miller Service Award from Newmar, the service department here at Guaranty RV Super Centers made a conscious effort in 2013 to give everything they had into providing superior customer service to all our customers.
It paid off! Our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results were the highest that Newmar received in 2013 and as a result, they rewarded Guaranty with one of the four Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Awards during a special ceremony on April 10, 2014.
Dick Parks, CEO/Chair of the Board at Newmar Corporation presented the award to Sherry Rouillard, Tim Cooke and Henry Parnell in front of the entire Guaranty RV Service Department.
Guaranty is in Newmar’s “Super Big” category based of our size and volume, and out of 55 CSI responses, we received a score of 92.9%.

During the ceremony, Guaranty also received the Customer Service Excellence award for maintaining a CSI score above 90% in 2013.
