This year Guaranty was one of 116 dealers honored with the Circle of Excellence award in recognition of their excellence in customer satisfaction as it relates to the customers sales and service experience with the dealer. Each dealer is rated and scored in four categories:
Purchase and delivery satisfaction study from customers.
A customer satisfaction study completed six months after a purchase.
Evaluation of a dealership’s sales, market share, stocking levels and participation in vehicle training.
A service parts assessment evaluating a dealer’s warranty/parts inventory, service training, certified technicians and traveling customer care.
