What is the cost to rent?

With 15 different RV Rental units and three seasons (Summer 5/16 to 9/15; Fall 9/16 to 11/30; Winter/Spring 12/1 to 5/15) the cost of nightly rent will vary. Our travel trailers are the lower priced nightly rental units and our higher value Class B Campervans are at the upper end of the nightly rate chart. We'll gladly email you an RV rate sheet and a quote.

What deposit is required and when?

To reserve an available RV for your specific dates you will pay a reservation deposit in the amount of $250. At the time of departure, all your rental fees will be “due” and we then also collect a fully refundable security deposit which is $1,000 on motorhomes and $500 on travel trailers.

How do I earn back the security deposit?

You will receive a full return on your security deposit simply by returning the RV in the same condition you checked it out: RV is not damaged, fuels (gas or diesel and propane) replenished, waste tanks are dumped, inside is clean.

What about insurance?

Renters are responsible for providing a full coverage insurance binder or endorsement on the motorized rental units (MHs). The fee to be added to our policy through www.mbachoice.com is approximately $27 per day (after April 1, 2013). Or you may provide a binder or endorsement from your own auto insurance company (meeting our requirements). However, know there are only a few insurance companies that will do this. Travel trailer insurance is different. The primary insurance policy is included in your nightly rent and your automobile insurance policy will extend liability to the trailer while you are towing it. Whatever you’re renting, we make it easy by helping you contact your insurance company with the request forms needed.
